#ATCAD 2017 ATC Freebies Week: Day 4

Still more to come for ATC freebies Week here at PPS.

This time, I've taken my inspiration from 2 antique wallpapers. One has the "distressed" and shabby look, while the other one looks as lively as the day when it first came off the roll.

Please observe all Credits and copyrights shown below and do follow the red letter Guidelines listed just below those credits near the foot of this post. Thank you.

As with Wednesday's post, I've included matching labels and fastener buttons. All buttons are designed to fit either 1" circle paper punches or the 1" setting on an adjustable circle cutter.

What a fun assignment I gave myself recently! Once I'd made the ATC Backgrounds Set (shown second, below), I knew that I'd want to play some more with the two papers I'd chosen. That was actually what got me started on making new ATC Envelopes to match for this week long project in the first place.

Happy ATC Creativity!

Hello Dorthe! Thank you for stopping by here again. It is always such a delight to find one of your comments here. Nowadays, most of the people who come by don't bother stopping for long enough to leave me a comment, but you always have. I really appreciate it. I can't wait to find out what you will create next.
This is ATC Freebies Week here, and I am about to post a new set of ATCS with matching envelopes! I do hope you will have time enough to see the new ones very soon.
xoxo and see you soon at your blog!

I just found your blog, last night, and I really wish I could tell you how, lol! I know I started at Pinterest, but then one click leads to another, and next thing u know, my phone browser has 60 open windows, & bookmarks Galore! Lol! I absolutely love your blog, especially the paper dolls! 😍 I used to looove playing with my paper dolls as a kid, almost as much as my Barbie Dolls. Not that long ago, I had asked my mom if she could get my old shoe box full of my paper dolls, bc I wanted to just look thru it, and Ohhh Nooo.... She thinks... She tossed it out! What?! Yep! The woman who kept most of my dolls, barbies & just recently gave my son, MY 1st stuffed animal (I'm 43,she STILL had it, & in excellent condition!), but she tossed my prized collection of PAPER DOLLS?! Wahhhh! Lol! She said she didn't think I'd want them, bc, welllllll, they were well loved, and played w, some even having had kid surgery... Scotch tape around a very weak neck, lol!... So to see these, made my heart skip a beat a little! No, actually, a lot! Lol! I can't wait til my ink comes in (Come ON Amazon, it's been a Week already!), so I can print these out, and figure out where and how I will display them in my house! Of course, I'll have to tease my bff first, for a little while anyway, before I let her in on the secret! Lol! So, thank u soooo much! I have seen Victorian type paper doll books on Amazon, & have added to wish list, but Xmas is sooooo far away, & paper dolls isn't something I can add into the budget, no matter how hard I try to justify it, lol! So, I truly than u for not only the dolls and beautiful outfits, but also all the rest of the free fabulous print outs an overbilled, underpaid, glam loving gal could possibly want! 😉 And, I'm so happy to see this blog is still active, bc so many great ones are gone! Def looking forward to catching up over the next few days! Thanks again!

Em you really know how to make a person's day! THANK YOU for your sweet, sweet joyous comment!!!! Good old Pinterest! I really ought to consider setting up a new account there soon.
I just love it when others enjoy my offerings. I know what you mean about PAPER DOLLS. I've loved them all my life. I used to have a set with "fabric" swatches so that I could make new custom outfits for one paper doll. (1960's miniskirt era)
Have you already discovered that mine have ROOMS and SCENES too? I even took them to Europe last summer (so to speak). Mercy will soon be featured here with her brand new baby! And Victoria's career could begin with some surprises. Some of the outfits were found and altered by me in fairly simple stages. But others -- well, you should see the wedding post! Most ppl don't know what I go through to make things look pretty and to fit the dolls. Some of my past efforts really embarrass me, but those are being slowly replaced by better efforts with more learning.
LOLz
It is a labor of love. It needs to be!
I have at times pulled my hair at the roots over certain projects for my blog. It's all been a learning process for me.
I have kept this blog loaded with freebies for a reason. That reason you already mentioned before -- so many freebie places are now either no longer active or were shut down. Some now charge for most stuff. It's been tough to keep it going. I know I am slow to post, but when life gets in the way, at least I still am able to offer some older items.
Some of my items may end up being for sale sometime down the road, but for now if you find them posted for sale anyplace online or offline, you can take it from me that they have been stolen by the seller.
Copyrights do matter, don't they?
;)
Will you share some pics of your Display with the doll(s) with me via either email or G+ sometime? I'd love to see how others enjoy them. Nobody ever seems to think of doing that, but I'd love it! I'll gladly post anything you might choose to share in a special blog post here, if you wish.
Meanwhile, have fun perusing my stock for more freebies!
xoxo Rose
